Síntesis de nuevas Dibenzo[f,h]cinolinas

Abstract

Synthesis of new Dibenzo[f,h]cinnolines. Condensation of the compounds 9-acetonyl-9-hydroxy-10-oxo-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (2) and 9-(2-cyclopentanonyl)-9-hydroxy-10-oxo-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (3) with hydrazine produced the new diazines: 3-methyl-dibenzo[f,h]cinnoline (4) and cyclopenta[c]dibenzo[f,h]cinnoline (5) in good yields. The structural properties of the new compounds are discussed on the basis of mass, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and other spectral data.
