PERCEPCIÓN DE LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO REGULAR DE AUTOBUSES POR PARTE DEL ESTUDIANTADO Y PERSONAL DOCENTE Y ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA SEDA RODRIGO FACIO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE COSTA RICA

Abstract

Este documento presenta información sobre la percepción de la calidad del servicio regular de autobuses hacia la Sede Rodrigo Facio de la Universidad de Costa Rica, por parte de los usuarios. Los usuarios corresponden tanto a estudiantes como personal docente y administrativo de la Universidad de Costa Rica. Para ello, se identifican los aspectos que determinan si el servicio es eficiente y cómodo para garantizar que el usuario esté satisfecho, de manera que prefiera este modo de transporte por encima del resto. Los resultados obtenidos provienen de los datos de la Encuesta de Transporte de 2015. Por último, la mejora de la infraestructura de las paradas se debe tomar en cuenta como parte del servicio brindado, ya que se encontró una disconformidad del usuario con las paradas de autobús. This document presents information on the perception of the regular bus service quality to the Rodrigo Facio headquarters of the University of Costa Rica, by the users. The users correspond to students as well as teaching and administrative staff of the University of Costa Rica. To do this, the aspects that determine an efficient and comfortable service were identified to ensure the users satisfaction, so they prefer this mode of transportation over the rest. The results obtained come from 2015 Transportation Poll. Finally, improvements to the bus stops infrastructure must be taken as part of the service provided, since the users are not comfortable with the bus stops conditions.
